「仙骨の外側部の前面上部から起こり、腸骨内面で関節面のまわりにつき、関節包の前面を補強する。 」

「前仙腸靱帯は仙腸関節の前面を強める靱帯で、仙骨と腸骨の耳状面の前下縁から前上縁の範囲で、両骨の前面の間に張る。」
