前根動脈 とは

　・「思われる」⇒「脊髄枝の枝の1つである」と解説している資料は見当たらない。

　以下は肋間動脈の背枝の枝を簡単に表した図となる。

　「 日本人体解剖学 」の「背枝」の解説には前根動脈および後根動脈の解説は一切見られないが、「 船戸和弥のホームページ 」では以下のように解説している。

「 アダムキービッツ動脈ともよばれる。前根動脈は下部胸髄～腰髄においてみられる、とくに大きな脊髄前根動脈をさし、通常は左側にある。ポーランドの病理学者Albert Adamkiewicz (1850-1921)が報告した。」

　上記の解説を読んでわかるように「 前根動脈が脊髄枝の枝である 」という解説は一切見られない。ただ、プロメテウス解剖学アトラスでは、明らかに脊髄枝が分岐して前/後根動脈になり脊髄に分布しているのが分かるイラストが掲載されている。また、インターネットで画像検索をかけてみてもそのようなイラストは多数見られる。

　・ 前/後根動脈の方が、一般的に髄節動脈よりも小さい。
