　上腸間膜動脈 とは

・長さは、資料によって幅があるが、だいたい成人で17～20㎝ほどとなる。

　以下は腹大動脈の枝を簡単に表したものとなる。

　1. 上腸間膜動脈は腹腔動脈の約１～２ｃｍ下方（第１腰椎の高さ）で、腹大動脈の前側から分岐して下行する。

　　　（通常、起始部は膵臓の上縁よりも下になる。）

　2. 下行してすぐに（1～2㎝？）左側より下膵十二指腸動脈を分岐する。

　　（資料によっては、分岐の位置をより下方（膵臓の下縁近く？）しているものも見られる。）

　3. 膵切痕手前で前面より中結腸動脈を分岐する。

　4. 膵切痕付近から十二指腸の前部に出て十二指腸の水平部と上行部の境界付近を下行する。

　5. 緩やかなカーブを描きながらも、基本まっすぐに下行を続け、左側からは空腸・回腸動脈（15本～20本）

　　 そして右側からは右結腸動脈、回結腸動脈を分岐しする。

The SMA typically runs to the left of the similarly named vein, the superior mesenteric vein. After passing the neck of the pancreas it starts giving off its branches.
